What are the odds on Angel Reese coming back next year?

I think she comes back bc she may not have a desire for nba. She makes a lot of money here and will continue to do so without basketball after. Not going to question her devotion to the sport, but I can see her staying here longer bc she loves it and makes tons of money.

Listening to Mulkey makes it sound like her and Van Lith are gone next year

Mulkey made it pretty clear that Angel is a gone pecan. Stating things like Angel is winding down her college career. Guess anything can happen but I would be surprised if she returns.

I would have said before season she would return, but after the suspension and Poole being kicked off the team I think she goes. I think her relationship with Mulkey was strained at that point and I don’t know that it can be fixed. Financially she’s better off coming back, but I’m afraid she’s convincing herself she’s a big enough star to continue getting endorsements at the next level.

Have you seen their interaction. I don't see any strain. I mean she was holding Mulkey back when she got ejected. I see them as a student with a stern teacher relationship. I've been coached by a mean cuss and I appreciated everything he taught me.

Angel has already indicated she is ready to move on from the college life and see what's next. She will be on a WNBA roster.

Van Lith no idea. If Morris couldn't make a WNBA roster I don't see how she makes it although she still likely gets drafted. She will likely head off to 3x3 play and possibly Olympics.

Should she come back absolutely yes: She needs to continue to develop and she can make more money for that next year. I don’t think she will. There is a lot of talk by Mulkey and commentators that this is her last year. There is parts of her game including outside shooting / face up game she can improve on. I don’t think it has anything to do with a strain relationship with Mulkey like a previous poster said. I just think she is ready to began that part of her life.
