they'll get another D1 recruiting class plus whoever the new coach brings in... Maineri is doing them a favor by opening their renovated Privateer Park for that Saturday game

Purdue was probably hosting their regional when that series was scheduled...

why does Maineri play an Ivy League team every year? I guess it's cool bc we wouldn't play them in any other sport

We are getting 2 pitchers from LSUE. Let's wait to see who signs before we get too far ahead of ourselves. Who knows what freshman will come in and earn a spot.

Given the lack of proven arms at the back of the pen, any chance Manieri could put a very polished Freshman like Poche there if Broussard emerges on Sundays? Or is it more likely to be the other way around with Poche Sunday and Broussard closing?

Enough about the players...

Which of the open HC spots is our hitting coach going to take and who will be his replacement?

Yes. He's the more polished player in comparison to Laird and Stevenson

Is it just me? It just seem like McCune has been on the roster since the turn of the century?

Adam, Paul said yesterday that they were losing four "everyday" players, so I am going to assume he was talking about Ross being gone.

Are we assuming that Sciambra won't compete for playing time, is transferring, or won't make the team? Isn't he a candidate for the outfield?

ETA: I now see that it was discussed that his status with the team is up in the air.

Tyler Moore steps into the 1B we would assume right? We have to have him in the lineup!

I think we'll score more runs next year than we did this year

Im curious to see what Sewald & Taylor Butler bring.
