What's the status on the unfinished construction in the south end zone?

Seems like a lot of it has been sitting their unfinished on the interior of the tower and under the club level. Anybody got any info on that?
ETA: what I'm really asking is there any official timeline for its completion and what purpose will it serve once it's done.

There is a PVC pipe that needs to be covered up/painted. It could take years, braah.

The raker beams are exposed which is causing undue stress on the lateral falangie. The whole thing has to come down.

It is taking forever because we have out of state contractors working on it. We need to bring in some Louizzziana boys to get this knocked out.
