so true. but 17 shite states in this country would say "nope." "capital punishment not an option." seems to be a liberal trend thats gaining momentum recently, despite the fact that we hear such horrendous stories as this regularly now. when you have a kid that age it really blows your brain to pieces. How do you unleash anger on the innocent like that? What is the kid thinking when that's happening? He's just trying to figure out what life is all about. the way my toddler makes me forget all my troubles and the way he just radiates and lights up my day when I see him, such innocence is one of this world's most beautiful gifts. we have all seen it, our kids, our grandkids, even with complete strangers to us. we often find ourselves briefly hypnotized by these children when they are fully engaged with their excitable wonderment. It would seem that Anyone that is capable of stomping that out is unfit for society. I want to see the guy dead.

At age 2, kids haven't even had a chance to look around!

Adrian Peterson Met Son for 1st Time In Hospital
I knew something was up when I heard he was playing. I told my brother that he probably didn't know the kid very well. Well sure enough. I don't lose any respect for AP though...even the guy who has been raising the kid admitted AP didn't know he was the father until recently.

I dont get the vitriol for AP at this point
Yeah hed be a shiity person if he tried to make this about him, but he hasnt done that yet. Hes been private and discreet about it all so far
I can't believe how bad the media has screwed this situation up. AP is in a no-win spot. First, everyone has tried to be so sympathetic to him. He never asked for it, he has never tried to make this about him. I heard a few talk radio guys yesterday morning discussing this and they were saying that AP shouldn't play. How are they so clueless to the situation? I have followed this thread since the day it started, and those that are paying attention know that AP didn't know this kid. On that same topic, it's not AP's fault that he didn't know the kid, because the baby's momma kept telling some other dude that he was the father.
Now if there is a big backlash over AP, it's definitely not because he did anything to deserve it. It's just people jumping to conclusions without knowing the story. Just like the stupid facebookers posting photos of AP and his other son, Adrian, Jr.

My question is how the frick did the media get a hold of this story? I mean seriously...how did they find out this was his kid?

Other people brought it to the local newspaper attention and then the national media caught wind

Blows my mind how people would know it was AP's kid when AP didn't even know until just recently.

AP's dad made a statement to a local paper saying it was his grandson. Then the story blew up.

People that think this shouldn't affect AP are being a little ridiculous, or that AP shouldn't be getting any emotional support from his fans about it.
Imagine the whirlwind recently that AP has dealt with in this situation. "You have a son you didn't know about (Not AP's fault).... That son is in critical condition from being abused.... That son is dead" That had to be tough on him, knowing the kid or not.

I don't get why you would even entertain the thought, so I don't get why you have to qualify this.
