Said it this morning on his radio show. Supposedly a scout/source that told him about Mahomes, Baker Mayfield and other draft info in the past said this is likely what is going to happen within the Falcons organization.
Also said the Falcons are probably going to lose a first round draft pick because they tampered with Cousins in pre-free agency. That's how bad they wanted him, then fell in love with Penix.
You simply can't make this shite up.

There's no issue IMO with signing Cousins or (big emphasis on the word or) drafting Penix.
Doing the two together is nonsensical, especially for what they paid Cousins.

Based on the leagues history of not really caring about tampering and the advent of the legal tampering period, it seems unlikely the punishment will be that severe. Seems more like something that gets a big fine or mid round pick removed.
