Let’s say the Cowboys move on from Dak, who could you see him go to?

Closer to 10 years in than 5 of the Dak Prescott experience and he’s still making god awful decisions, taking laughable sacks, and generally unable to elevate his play when it matter most.

Gotta think that the Cowboys would want a higher draft pick and possibly give up later picks as well.

Who would be a good candidate for him to go to?

I know that clown show Jerry Jones loves to hang on to quarterbacks about 4 seasons too long but gotta feel like Jerry is thinking about shopping him. That stupid fricking contract is going to be restrictive though.

It won’t matter because the Cowboys won’t win with anyone as long as the Jones family is running the show.

Yes, and he can take McCarthy with him too.

Dak has to stay in a Dome and in the NFC. Could you imagine him playing outdoors in the likes of Pittsburgh, New England, Buffalo, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Kansas City or Baltimore in a January playoff game?

He would basically be a Jimmy G type on the open market, yet Jerry wants to pay him like he's Mahomes. It's insanity.

The better question to me is who the hell the Cowboys are planning on getting if they move on from Dak. There isn’t a Stafford out there that’s available to trade for

This X 1000. Elite NFL QBs don’t grow on trees and rarely hit the open market in their prime.

In my head they trade him for a higher first round pick for a QB.

swing a deal for someone like Browning. then hedge your bets by picking one of many good QBs in this year's draft.

will be interesting to see. Jerry not getting any younger
