I'm laughing at FSU fans who said for years that SOS mattered more than records. Until the past few days.

That's always been their argument for why their 1 loss team got in over undefeated West Virginia. Now the (free) shoe is on the other foot and SOS no longer matters.

30 years is quite a long time to hold onto a grudge. And you don't even understand the argument you're making. There were two polls. One poll had FSU #2, one had WVU #2. Who went to the Orange Bowl was an average of the two polls. WVU fell short.
And SOS isn't why Alabama went over FSU this year. Jordan Travis being hurt is. The committee made that clear. Why anyone is arguing about SOS is beyond me. It's like they're trying to justify the committee decision using other criteria they didn't use to leave FSU out
