I didn't know that most of the dialogue in the show is improvised. But that does make sense, for sure.

So far (after S11E07), this is the most "Larry" season I can recall in quite some time.

He seems rejuvenated somehow, and I'm here for it.

That episode was really funny. He really is a loveable a-hole.

That episode was one of the funniest episodes of television I've ever seen. That final scene absolutely killed me.

Leon is a house husband

Every time Irma was on screen I couldn't stop laughing.

You can tell that they are working off loose outlines and really trying to crack each other up.

This whole Tracy Ullman thing is old. I guess they'll take up most of the finale with her being not funny

I enjoyed the most recent episode. Anything with Bill Hader usually gets me

I just watched the last 3 episodes - wow. Completely made up for what I thought of was just an average season.

“What Have I Done?” (Episode 8) has to be one of the best of the series. Period. I actually had tears coming down my face laughing at Irma and Larry.

Really? I thought the finale was terrible. Vindman was garbage. Kind of ruined it actually.

That was awful. After 20 years of creatively hitting both sides of politics I guess they finally gave up and decided to go full mainstream with "heroic" Vindman. I'm sure they all worship him in real life and couldn't wait to get him on the show but he's such a bad actor he ruined every scene he was in. The scene where he catches Larry was so uncomfortable because you could see Larry acting way over the top but trying to play off of Vindman saying his lines like a 5th grader just made him look silly

I watched it yesterday and I thought there were a lot of jabs at Vindman not actually being a "hero." The phone call scene just made him look like a little bitch. Then the scene where he was dropping off the phone call transcription seemed, to me, to be making fun of his doing something brave or important. Then, finally the end scene in which Mary Ferguson stole Leon's Passport to go on the trip with Vindman shows him as an adulterer since he is married.

He was a horrible actor and it was a bad episode but I don't think it was an episode that was explicitly pro-Vindman.

I think it'd have been funnier if somehow beyond reason that girl would have tested well with audiences and executives. Like beyond reason and even with Larry succeeding, he couldn't get rid of her.

I don't know how I feel about the shoes plot. Even Larry can't be so obtuse to take shoes from the Holocaust memorial.

This is one of my favorite shows on TV but this episode seemed kind of lazy.

That’s how I took it. They were over the top fawning over him as the cause celebre and then showed he’s just an eavesdropping weasel like he did to Larry. I thought it was pretty hilarious. The whole episode was over the top really. Leon fricking, Vindman the hero, Larry taking Holocaust shoes. I think that was the theme.
