I watched all of the first season with high hopes and expectations. Actually enjoyed the ride for the most part but felt burned out by the finale.

Watched the first episode of this season and never bothered to watch any others. Two sports are in playoffs and baseball/Game of Thrones are in season. Not gonna bother continuing a show that did nothing for me when there's plenty other stuff I'd rather watch.

I just don't know why they start it when current shows are on. I'll start it up once everything else ends.

It's purely a hate watch for me at this point.

TERRIBLE writing.

I wish TMZ would follow the writers like they do celebrities and put them on the spot, grilling them on how shitty they are at their jobs

Have many more better things to do than to watch bad television.

I tend to catch up during the week, since GOT is back now. I'm an episode behind, but I'll find time to watch it at some point. It's not the worst thing on TV.

I still enjoy it purely because I enjoy any ZA type show, but it is very average and I agree with everyone that I wish they focused more on the fall of society.

I'm still hanging on, but it's so pedestrian. Rehashing the Hershell's Farm storyline is lame as hell. Chris' character is also pretty unoriginal. It all just seems so derivative, even for a show that is at its core derivative.

ETA - I have a bad habit of going down with the ship on shitty shows, though. I still keep watching each new season of American Horror Story. Weeds, Orange is the New Black, and Lost are the only shows that I recall just stopping mid-series because of the huge decline.

When they repeated the Walkers in the barn I canceled the recording.

I wish they would have taken it from the government's perspective. Let's see the president's anguish as he is convinced he has to order the firebombing of cities like LA. Let's see the desperation of doctor's at the CDC. Hell, I would have been happy with a two or season lead-up of just the CDC and that one doctor, with the series finale being Rick and crew arriving at the facility in Atlanta.

I think that the issue with showing society breaking down is that in order to do it right it would have commanded a much higher budget than a station like AMC could support. But AMC must have known this, and they were misleading in how they marketed the show.

Haven't watched it in 3 weeks. I keep trying, but fall asleep during the episodes.

I'd rather them do pretty much anything than have a season on a damn yacht. I realize that's probably the cheapest set you can possible have but what a bore.

Also, they're all idiots.

I liked the last episode. Like Hershel's farm, but in Mexico. Crazy old lady killed the survivors because they wanted to kill her zombies.
Interesting to see where it goes.

Liking the characters more. You aren't supposed to love them. This group we follow aren't the "good guys"

Pretty much done with The Walking Dead altogether. Zero interest in watching the rest of the main series. After the bullshite finale there's no way I'm devoting anymore time to this shitty spin off

Off the yahct now and have an awesome compound, but these things can't last or the show would end.

I would have loved a show that showed top levels of government in the ZA. Has that been done? I can't recall.

Maybe slightly with Day of the Dead.

I'll take Alycia every day of the week. However, just searched and liked what I found. She is way hotter than this show presents her. She is Swedish and saw a nip on her bewb!

They should have really focused on how it all went down - a slow take on the very early stages would have been a great watch.

Yeah. The whole purpose (I thought) and appeal of the show was to show the spreading of the outbreak and the immediate chaos. It did that for a few episodes and now we're already into the "most everyone is a zombie, it's kill or be killed with the living" angle. It's just a weaker version of TWD now.
