I have bitched about this the entire time Willie has been here. The man is so late on adjustments. Whether that be in game adjustments or adjustments made over the course of the season, the amount of time it takes for him to make them is seriously detrimental to the team. I was hopeful after his first year here it would be something we would see as his growth as a coach, but it hasn’t gotten any better.

like i've said many, MANY times.... we are all witnessing our ceiling as a team, with Willie as our HC.... if he stays, this is about as good as we can expect us to be...
