It is easier just to buy CRESY and IRS on the US stock market. CRESY is mainly farms and farmland and IRS is commericial and residential real estate if I remember correctly.

Sure, when the polls show your popularity is down to 35% you tend to knuckle under. If you don’t then you’ll lose the next election so badly you won’t be able to shut the government down and everything you treasure will be taken away by the ascendent opposition.
