I'm very surprised. I would have assumed that the young mayor of one of the shittiest cities in this country would be able to provide basic documents to the state.

Well if you read the article, the LLA says they must comply to get off the list, and the Bogalusa mayor says they aren’t able to comply.
These direct quotes indicate there is a problem that isn’t going away soon.

"... continued to not comply..."?? Is there an 8th-grade English teacher in the house? Waguespakk gets a big, fat "F" for composition and writing skills.
It's also a veiled scolding and guilt trip - indicative of "Government by Shame". Not unlike scolding a 7-year-old for not brushing their teeth. This state is run by juveniles in suits.

Looks like Eros, Ringgold, and Cullen need to have the town councils/mayor's office cleaned out, or they are all getting out from under some bad leadership.

I don’t know if it’s true or not but what is more likely is that it’s there and nobody in that office know how or where to access those files.
Truong was VERY enthusiastic about his new position and accusations towards the old mayor were beyond nasty during the elections. Neither side had plans to ensure a constructive transition.
