They let women testify that said he assaulted them, but some of the women were not a part of the charges.
Will be retried and still found guilty
I would guess they will still hold him in jail until his the retrial. No bail

Honestly that sounds like more than just not following procedure or a minor mistake. It sounds like the judge allowed evidence in trial that should have never been allowed in. He'll still get found guilty at retrial.

Interesting that the NY court reversed this ruling, while probably legally appropriate thing to do considering some of the Judges rulings. It will be interesting to see if Donal Trump gets some of the same treatment, considering the Bias rulings from the 3 court cases he has had/is having in NY.
