So it’s of your opinion that Harvey did nothing wrong and is innocent.

Well, kind of a hooker and John situation if you ask me.

Weinstein may be a bastard, but the evidentiary rulings were shockingly improper and facially indefensible. I recall being appalled at the time. Any second year law student would have known the evidence should have been excluded. You can't convict someone based on the supposed totality of their character or conduct. Evidence is limited by rule, centuries of practice, and basic fairness to the specific crime charged. Even bad people are entitled to the rule of law in a true democracy. The judge should be ashamed.

If you think any of this is about the equal application of the law you are mistaken. Any of it.

wouldn't allowing them to testify about this be considered testifying about his character?

Yes and that is certainly the angle the prosecution took.

However there are basic rules on how they must be relevant like time and place, etc.

The judge makes that call. The superior court is saying he/she screwed the pooch.

They weren’t victims. They willing slept with him to advance career. I’m sure your daughter has slept with guys for a lot less and they aren’t hanging from a bridge.

So wielding power and influence to coerce women into sex falls under what if not some form of rape? Sexual assault? Exploitation? Harassment?

I would guess they will still hold him in jail until his the retrial. No bail

He is being transferred out of his prison in upstate New York, to a holding facility in NYC. Likely will be sent to California, the governor's wife is one of his accuser's in the California case.

He may have done some disgusting stuff but it’s the same thing that’s been happening since the 1940’s. And the women who participated were rewarded with careers. The ones who didn’t, like Mira Sorvino saw their careers stall. Not saying it’s right, but selling your soul in Hollywood is nothing new. And how else is a fat ugly jew supposed to get laid???

Shouldn’t be. Never heard of a filthy disgusting porn star needing to be raped

Throw some Molly on the floor and a couple bumps of Columbian bam bam on the table, some cash, and make sure she’s gone before 6am.

So let me understand this. This guy used his position in Hollywood to issue out "quid pro quo's"(sp) for sex to all of these "ladder stepping" whores to where they could have said no?. He is in jail for this?

Just a matter of time before they drop all charges on Weinstein and indict Donald Trump for the shite! Demwits are getting desparate.

Yes he did that.

But no that's not what he's in jail for
