Yep. Cabelas sale. Got it online and shipped to store for about 24% off store price

Steven Crowder has a YouTube video of him trying to buy guns at gun shows to expose the lies and myths propagated by the left.
It’s actualky pretty funny.

Yep. Eric Holder is probably the biggest illegal gun salesman there is.

I have heard that people can walk around guns shows with for sale sign on the weapon and do person to person sale w/o background check, but don't know if that's true.

It is true, at any given gun show there may be 3 or 4, they will be more often be ordinary hunting rifles or shotguns, it would be hard to accumulate a arsenal of ARs and AKs relying on this type of sale.

I also remember one of the networks that showed dude was at gun show selling out of the trunk of his car.

I’ve bought and sold guns via LA sportsmen message boards but it’s always done in state. Anything else offline has always had to be shipped to an FFL. I do have a .45 that has zero papers and was purchased cash though

You can buy a gun on Gunbroker and if the seller is in the same state you are in they can just ship them to your house.

3. May I lawfully transfer a firearm to a resident of the same State in which I reside?
Any person may sell a firearm to an unlicensed resident of the State where he resides as long as he
does not know or have reasonable cause to believe the person is prohibited from receiving or
possessing firearms under Federal law. There may be State laws that regulate interstate firearm
transactions. Any person considering acquiring a firearm should contact his or her State Attorney
General’s Office to inquire about the laws and possible State or local restrictions. A list of State
Attorney General contact numbers may be found at www.naag.org

they imply that, but that is crap. If he bought them over the internet he went through the same process we do. But that doesn't fit the media narrative
This.

Gun buy fail
quote:
So undercover agents went fishing for online advertisers offering to sell firearms and attempted to get them to complete the transaction even after suggesting that they lived in a different state, couldn’t provide ID or wouldn’t be able to pass a background check. This happened 72 times over a period of more than two years. And in all 72 instances they failed to get anyone to sell them a weapon.

Yes. The gun was sent to an FFL and I had to complete a 4473 and go through the NICS check.

I've read that vegas shooter bought his weapons over the internet. They imply that he bought weapons with no background check. It's been my experience that I had to have them shipped to dealer with ffl and they did background check before I picked up the gun. Have you ever bought a gun over the internet with no background check?
They say this shite to scare people into more gun control. Private sales over the internet are legal within state lines. If you're buying from a company or across state lines, it has to go to an FFL and you'll get a background check.

The ATF just conducted a 2 1/2 year sting where they tried to get any gun dealer to illegally sell a firearm, they were able to buy zero weapons, you clearly haven’t done any research.
