The only weapons I've bought over the internet were C&R rifles like Mausers, Mosins, and Enfields. Bolt action stuff. You have to have a C&R license to have it shipped directly to you; otherwise it has to go through a FFL dealer.

Buy them from grabagun all the time. I have them shipped to a local dealer who cahreges $25.00for the transfer and background check. Simple and all above board, plus I save a good bit.

The only gun I bought that I didn't have a background check was for when they still had the Facebook gun sales groups (I think they're all banned now). I bought a shotgun and met face to face and had a bill of sale drawn up. Every other gun, whether it was a company, pawn shop, gun show, or raffle winning, was subject to a background check with an FFL.

Yes. 2 pistols with no issues at all

The "gun show loophole" video was pretty hilarious

You can legally do the same thing with a handgun. May be against Gunbroker rules but not against the law.

Yes, as a non-licensee you can ship pistols through a contract carrier, but ONLY within the same state.

It is possible to make an individual to individual purchase online but it is extremely rare
