Good for the most part. Got a busy weekend ahead and rain coming in though.

How about yourself?

Not bad. My son's birthday was yesterday (ironic on the day the bomb was dropped ), so this weekend we are going to do one of those pirate cruises for him Saturday morning but the weather may not cooperate...

Cool. Well happy birthday to him. I've got club meeting as well as a run so I may be spending a wet raining Saturday out on my bike.

Alright.... Try this ship.

What ship is this?
What was her ultimate fate?

Can't remember it's name. Naga-something or Naka-something. It was a Japanese experimental tank from the 1920's. It had no crew inside. Instead it was radio controlled, or at least that was the concept.

Ah, crap. How did I miss her name in big bold letters?

And she was sunk as part of the target fleet in Operation Crossroads.

(For those wondering, Operation Crossroads was a nuclear test conducted by the US Navy in the late 40's. In the test they towed a bunch of old US warships and captured Japanese (and German?) warships to Bikini Atoll and dropped a nuke in the middle of them )

Correct. It's the Nagayama Tank, a remote controlled explosives carrier tested in 1929...

It's a British Gun Carrier Mk I. It was the first self propelled howitzer ever produced.

Looks like a tank with a small bunker in place of the turret.
