I knew someone who was in the backseat of a car when a guy driving another car behind him had an epileptic seizure and his vehicle start traveling at like over 110 mph. Rear ended the car and the guy in the back seat died, while the people in the front survived but had some significant injuries.

Guy needs to wrap himself around a tree before he gets someone killed.

Not to defend the guy, and I watched it without sound, but it's clear liquid in a bottle. How do we know it's not water and just being done for clicks?

At minimum it was reckless driving and littering.
