Sounds like a dumb business plan to rely on 1 customer to dictate your success.
Sucks for the employees though.

This can’t be true. I was assured that the boycott would be transient (like inflation) and would have no real impact.

Agreed. AB probably needs to clean house of the US executive management that allowed this but I'm not sure they'll win many of those customers back either way. Talk about the most expensive marketing blunder in history.

Weren't the "above the fray!" moderates on here adamant that the Bud Light boycott would have no lasting effects?

Lol, the European owners agree every bit as much with the trans stuff. Where do you think this stuff started? ESG took center stage in Europe before the US.

The plant west of Ruston was notified a month or two ago that a lengthy shut-down was coming soon.

Democrats said this never could happen.

Did people quit drinking or is there another glass factory or aluminum factory hiring extra for a competitor?

My mom's husband has been a lifelong Bud heavy drinker. Even he switched brands at 74 years old

New Coke wasn't this bad. I guess because they didn't offend anyone in the process and just had to switch back to the original formula.
This one will be studied in marketing classes for a long time.

When are Mexican Cartels going woke? I need the price of cocaine to drop.

If you're going to make the joke, you should know that the price per kilo has plummeted over the last 3 years

Feel bad for the conservative baws but somewhat feel pleasure knowing some of the idiots losing their job voted for the type shite that cost them a job.

Dead wrong. Transexual ideology is an American export.

Huge opportunity for miller or yeungling to swoop in a be the hero, if they say with the increased demand for their products they are going to start ordering glass bottles from the closing Louisiana and North Carolina plants. Think their sales would increase even more with good press.
