Miami woman repeatedly kicks her little dog in an elevator

She was arrested. Sad part was that when you watch the entire video, the dog went with her when she got out of the elevator. The dog has been taken away from her.

Apparently, the dog had either urinated or defecated in the elevator (a previous time).
So, she took the dog back to the elevator and kicked it.
