Just not a fan of avocado, idk if it's the texture or the color or what but I just don't have a palate for it.

And this is coming from someone who will eat the frick out of some boiled chitlins.

I think I'm slightly allergic - my lips get a little puffy and irritated when I eat raw avocado (probably because I never had one until I was a teenager), but well made guac is a fricking godsend. I make mine with red onions, cilantro, lime juice, salt, bacon bits, jalapenos, and sundried tomatoes.

That's def what I hear. Maybe one day... But at this point, if I'm going to do it, it has to be worth it at a place that is going to be killer (no pun). I don't want to ruin it at Rocky and Carlos

If you're ever in Florence, AL, get the veal marsala at Ricatoni's. It is fricking incredible.

If making crawfish and jalapeno dressing is trashy, call me the CEO of Waste Management.

Try adding half lemon half lime juice, black pepper, and some roasted corn.

Not that I had a shitload of opportunities throughout the years, but I held out on eating turtle soup until last year (was 29). I used to collect turtles as a kid AND was a huge ninja turtle fan. I cant think of anything else even semi popular I havent tried.
