Hopefully, they are not offered a plea for manslaughter and the DA goes after 2nd degree murder, and life in prison with zero chance at parole.

AND they have an 11 month old. Plus she’s got older children, and he has at least 4-5 with some other woman. It’s hard to keep hope for humanity when all of these children are being raised by parents like these.

I was thinking the cell phone was pinged as well, placing Gardner near the crime scene in Mississippi after BRPD learned where the little girl was found deceased.

there was a First 48 episode where an elderly Mobile, Ala. woman went missing while at the casinos in Biloxi or Bay St. Louis (I forget which 1)
they hadn't found her body yet... but while talking with her son got some weird vibes off of him... they also had video of him at the casino around the time of her disappearance picking up her belongings from her hotel room... and also got a call recording from a bank of him trying to get money off of her credit cards
so the investigators stuck a tracking device to his car... and 1 day they looked at the tracker info and found it went to some wooded area
sure enough... they found the woman's body right at the spot where the tracker led them

Kill them both. Trash. And if she is pregnant they need to take her baby away. For the life of me I just don’t understand how you can hurt a child, your child, to the point you kill them. I cry after I smack my two year olds hand. I just couldn’t hurt him like that. Makes me sad for these kids who are abused.
