Stranger trying to steal $ from my daughter

I have an email address of this person, and she is texting my daughter right now. She is trying to get login info of my 15 year old daughter’s bank account. How do I make this person’s life a living hell?

She just told me about it when she got in my car to go to tennis lessons. It was initiated through her friend’s instagram account. Apparently it was hacked.

I have fricked with scam callers before and then they must have put me on some list because I started getting scam calls all the time. Easier to just block them.
