Go look at the population of Sweden. Quick search indicates approximately 11million.

Not necessarily apples to apples

It's awful I tell you, truly awful.

I wonder if you can just cross the border and live there without any repercussions and get all that shite for free like you can in the United States?

Personally, I don't mind taxes if going to what they say it is supposed to go to. If our roads and bridges were all in great shape, schools, healthcare, etc I'd be fine with it.

exactly. if i could see my taxes actually improving things i would not mind paying them.

looking around America I can see that clearly isn't the case.

I agree, and keep in mind we pay more money than they do on the whole for shittier basic services in our country through scam insurance, overly litigious society, and inept public infrastructure such as roads and education.

BUT their system only works in a society where most of the populace has similar education, work ethic, and value systems. In other words, not the US.

Sounds lovely. But not worth the tax price tag or hard to find housing. Not yet, anyway. Nanny countries, too. Nope.

We are truly lost. I can't imagine a world where my goods or services were considered a 'right' to other people without my consent. It's called slavery.

It's amazing what a homogenous population of white people can do when left to themselves. It's like they self govern when they're not faced with caring for the entire 3rd world.

Look at Japan.

I'm convinced diversity is not much of a strength.
