Generally get on my computer at about 8AM and am on phone calls 80%+ of the day until almost 7PM. Sometimes do an hour or two of work late at night but trying to avoid that lately. Get up and do it again.
I’m about to put in about 4 hours on Sunday and will wake up at 6 to put in a couple hours ahead of the Monday start / staff meetings.

Get up about 4am , we go open our small businesses until the workers get their at 6am Then I’m off to my job which starts at 7am usually till 4:30 then it’s off to visit my mom through a window for two hours at a nursing home

Wake up naturally
Work unsupervised 8-5ish, being available for meetings but taking breaks, doing lunch or errands as needed
Maybe some tennis if it’s not too hot after
I hope work from home never ends

Spend my day doing whatever.
Walk back inside the house at 5pm and log-on.
(Work...)
Log out around 1:59am.
Stay up another hour or so.
Go to sleep.
Repeat for 7 total days.
Then 7 days vacation. And repeat.
