That’s fair enough and in a perfect world, I agree with you 100%.

The isssue is that we live in a corrupt world where actions only take place if those in charge see a benefit.

The reason to legalize should be that it’s harmless. The taxes attached to it would be the concession the public makes to get the cronies in BR to make it happen.

Like it or not, we live in the very conservative south. Any politician that tries to spearhead the legalization of weed is risking their political career. The only thing worth risking your career over is money.

you can try to justify legalization with SAYING the taxes will go to something important. But we all know it won’t get there.
