You realize the main thrust of the campaign of the guy he lost to was that Trump wasn't spending ENOUGH on the Covid response and wasn't going hard enough at forcing vaccines on people? And that, when he got elected, ramped both up much more?
I'm not championing Trump's Covid spending - everything about it sucked bigly. I'm just pointing out how nonsensical the idea is it played any part into why he "was voted out of office" - unless you are saying it is because he didn't spend more. You had to have not paid attention to ANYTHING to postulate that.
