Bill Binney States that the NSA Has 32 Pages of Communications Between Seth Rich and Julian Assange, As Revealed by a FOIA Request
“But now there is new information that may corroborate what the human sources quoted in the Fox article claimed about Seth’s role in getting the DNC documents to Wikileaks. Borne from a FOIA request filed in November 2017 by attorney Ty Clevenger, who requested any information regarding Seth Rich and Julian Assange. The NSA informed Clevenger in a letter dated 4 October 2018 that:
Your request has been processed under the provisions of the FOIA. Fifteen documents (32 pages) responsive to your request have been reviewed by this Agency as required by the FOIA and have found to be currently and properly classified in accordance with Executive Order 13526. These documents meet the criteria for classification as set forth in Subparagraph © of Section 1.4 and remains classified TOP SECRET and SECRET.

IMO it was both. Both the Russian GRU and Seth Rich attempted to hack the DNC. The Russian GRU were unsuccessful and Seth Rich, the DNC IT specialist insider who was a Bernie supporter, was successful.
So the Mueller report clouds the DNC hacking indecent. They will focus on unsuccessful outside attempts by Russia to hack the DNC server and deflecting blame when actually it is/was Seth Rich all along.
By focusing on the Russians they are hiding the evidence that points to Seth Rich.
Why? Because they need the Russians to be the bad guys. Seth Rich kills their narrative and opens pandora’s box.
So the Mueller report clouds the DNC hacking indecent. They will focus on unsuccessful outside attempts by Russia to hack the DNC server and deflecting blame when actually it is/was Seth Rich all along.

-He was a whistle blower in 2002 about NSA mass surveillance on US citizens
- His home was raided at dawn by an FBI team in 2007 similar to Manafort and Stone ( guess who was director at the time); he was never charged with anything but did have his clearance revoked forcing him to close his consulting business

Remember when Chelsea manning exposed the NSA and CIA hacking would leave a Russian tracer? Hmmm, could our Govt be covering up Seth’s murder? A botched robbery where nothing was stolen, and Assanges goes on a tirade about his sources being exposed and taken out right after Seth was killed? Don’t want to tin foil hat this shite, but sounds like this is about to at least blow up if this report is true...
