Student protesters occupying Hamilton Hall will face expulsion, University spokesperson Ben Chang wrote in a Tuesday press release.

“Protesters have chosen to escalate to an untenable situation – vandalizing property, breaking doors and windows, and blockading entrances – and we are following through with the consequences we outlined yesterday,” Chang wrote.

The point where you begin to regret being in the room where it happens.

Doubt it. Government officials and celebrities will speak out for them. Several universities will offer to help them.

If that was my kid (would have never paid for mine to go to a place like Columbia, but beside the point), I would pull a belt out of my closet and whip their arse when they show up back home, getting kicked out after paying that amount of money.

Mine are fully aware that if they get kicked out of school then their tuition is on them.

If these were my kids that got expelled, they would have to pay me back with interest. It would not be a favorable interest rate either.

I’m sure their parents support and encourage this behavior…

They don't care because they aren't students there.

We all know that when this eventually winds down, Columbia will give an amnesty to all these protestors.
