21. Roth’s report to FBI/DHS/DNI is almost farcical in its self-flagellating tone:
“We blocked the NYP story, then unblocked it (but said the opposite)… comms is angry, reporters think we’re idiots… in short, FML” (frick my life).

was unconstitutional because it was the government acting via intermediary. It’s not about twitter itself
I haven't seen that in the tweets yet.
I agree it's all shady and what not but still waiting on that boom government telling Twitter to suppress this person. Or really much of any government direction other than vague warnings en policing stuff.

23. Some of Roth’s later Slacks indicate his weekly confabs with federal law enforcement involved separate meetings. Here, he ghosts the FBI and DHS, respectively, to go first to an “Aspen Institute thing,” then take a call with Apple.

HERE IS THE FBI ASKING TWITTER TO DELETE THE POST OF A GOP POLITICIAN WHO WAS QUESTIONING MAIL BALLOTS BEING REJECTED

24. Here, the FBI sends reports about a pair of tweets, the second of which involves a former Tippecanoe County, Indiana Councilor and Republican named @JohnBasham claiming “Between 2% and 25% of Ballots by Mail are Being Rejected for Errors.”

The FBI's second report concerned this tweet by @JohnBasham:

I wish Elon would do a deep dive into 2016...surely there's some files describing twitter either
1) attempting this same shite,
2) doing this on a smaller scale and failing
3) messages saying "we won't make this mistake again!"

Like me or not. I do not care. I’d love for the whole bunch to go to prison but it will take more than what has come out to give anyone time. I pray for a smoking gun but it’s not happened yet.
There's plenty there to get the government, and twitter employees - once they started their association with the government, they ARE the government for this purpose.

25. The FBI-flagged tweet then got circulated in the enforcement Slack. Twitter cited Politifact to say the first story was “proven to be false,” then noted the second was already deemed “no vio on numerous occasions.”

26. The group then decides to apply a “Learn how voting is safe and secure” label because one commenter says, “it’s totally normal to have a 2% error rate.” Roth then gives the final go-ahead to the process initiated by the FBI:

27. Examining the entire election enforcement Slack, we didn’t see one reference to moderation requests from the Trump campaign, the Trump White House, or Republicans generally. We looked. They may exist: we were told they do. However, they were absent here.

It's not odd at all for private companies to work with regulators in order to follow the law. Banks, O&G companies, food and dairy companies, etc. do it all the time. It's a common practice.
But what are the regulations surrounding social media and who is the regulatory authority?
Did the FBI and DHS just appoint themselves as the social media authorities and did they just make up rules on the fly?

...and even if they didn't do it in 2016, were they approached with a request to do it from DNC genderfroots?
and if so, did twitter refuse?
if yes, then what was their basis for refusing-(1A??!)
if so, WTF changed in 2020?

bullshite…these tweets show open collusion between the FBI and Twitter to censor political opposition.
Take off the partisan blinders and see this for what it clearly is
