Well, we discussed several days ago about banking runs potentially taking place and then the major Canadian banks getting slammed right before the announced freezes.

I guess we just severely underestimated the amount of foreign money parked in those banks that just “noped” out over this.

I don’t see that money going to Switzerland necessarily but somewhere a lot more fricking reliable than Canada.

500% increase in withdrawals from Canadian banks. They squeezed castrudeaus balls and magically emergency powers lifted. Amazing how little this fascist pos cares about the people but how quickly he comes to heel for the banksters.
Problem is it's too late. Restoring confidence in Canadian banks is going to be much harder than destroying it was
