Apparently the law required first hand knowledge to qualify as a whistleblower. Until they changed the rules a week before this complaint was submitted.
Do u even read bro?
Laws <> Rules

The idea that a whistleblower complaint should require first hand knowledge is pro-corruption and anti-transparency.
What does the law require?
quote:
information which the employee or applicant reasonably believes evidences—
(i) a violation of any law, rule, or regulation, or
(ii) gross mismanagement, a gross waste of funds, an abuse of authority, or a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety;

Trump will be impeached and the abuse of power and extortion of Ukraine will damage Trump badly even if the Senate doesn't Convict.
Can you elaborate on what he's done that will get him impeached?
The only thing I've seen about the Ukraine is how Joe was bragging about ending an investigation into his son.
Thanks in advance.

But it did. Right before it was conveniently changed not to, around mid year
Interesting timing

And the new form allowing for indirect knowledge bears a revision date of August 2019. The only available evidence at this time of the new allowance. August 2019 being the same month the Trump whistleblower complaint was filed.
Some people are blessed with the ability to clearly identify the very dubious nature of this action, and others are simply too limited in critical thinking and analytical ability to give it even a second thought.

Trump's going to force the Swamp Sentry to take extremely drastic measures to end his presidency and that's when he calls checkmate.

And then there are those that do in fact clearly see it for what it is but choose to ignore for political partisanship.

My apologies....I shouldn't have left out those bastards.

ugh. u guys are brainwashed gullibles. do you really know how evidence and hearsay actually works to prove a contention? it may be hearsay with one witness, unless there is an exception, but may be proved first hand with another source or by admission.
dont rely on donnies talking points—-they are contrived to satiate the weak minded.

Well there you go. Changing a rule to conform to the law.. it is a coup!

Just curious, what exactly are you referencing by that?

Yes. Hearsay is highly frowned upon and the exceptions to the hearsay rule are narrowly tailored to a quite limited set of circumstances. The perilous nature of credibility and reliability of hearsay statements is why it's highly frowned upon.

I’ve never seen such pure hate for one man.
It’s not hate, it’s fear!
They fear Trump will expose Congress criminal behavior for decades. He could and will in time, expose those of past decades and many in graves
Hello John McCain and Mitt too, are you listening?

A rule requiring first hand knowledge that is based on a law that does not contain that requirement needs to be changed
Posted on 9/29/19 at 6:26 pm to bmy
I take it you're talking about the recent revision to the whistleblower statute? Hearsay is otherwise pretty much universally prohibited, save those narrow exceptions to the hearsay rule.
**Hearsay rules are more relaxed in civil matters, but that's another situation altogether.
