Meh, if we are being honest, Roman was a billionaire largely because he was quite close to Vlad. This isn’t exactly a secret.

That being said, why has the FA cracked down on those clubs “owned” by nations that tacitly support highly suspicious activities?

It is very hypocritical in my eyes.

I am finding myself squarely in the “frick this club” state of mind I hit at the end of the Fat Frank The Gaffer v1.0 era

No fricking way that just happened. Cole F’n Palmer. And I witnessed first hand a draw with a 10-man garbage Burnley. F my life.

Best part was Mount coming on in the 96th minute to rub it in, and was the guy who left Palmer to take the game winner. He’s been absolute trash for them.

With this Chelsea squad, who knows what will happen.

It’s a talented squad, just quite young.

We could finish as high as 6th, or as low as 11th.

If 7th is in Europe, that would be a good way for them to cut their teeth next year. I still say this squad has a chance to become a title contender, especially when the wages for Lukaku, Kepa, and Raheem fall off of the books.

If what they are saying about selling Reece and Gallagher are true due to financial reasons, that’s two big pieces missing next year. We’d need to find backups for Gusto and a quality mid. Maybe Lavia will finally be ready next season.

Who created such a fricked system that it encourages teams to sell homegrown players? Should be the complete opposite

The FA.

There are only so many homegrown players worth a lick. As such, there are a lot of clubs wanting their services.

Simple supply and demand.

Chelsea having academy guys tick off that box means a serious payout.

Absolutely pathetic dropping points again. A pathetic 5 points over these last three games, and even that feels more than actually deserved.

So fricking predictable. Losing points in extra time is a Chelsea trademark. As much as I love Thiago, how can his back line give up a set piece goal in extended time? fricking disgrace

It’s just so easy to see it coming. I have a text I sent after the second goal saying this game has 94th minute equalizer written all over it, we have to score again. It’s not even surprising or shocking in the least.

Before you all gripe about my post, I know I know, you are not a Chelsea fan so your opinion doesn’t count.

Chelsea won everything with Puli and so many others. They were said to be set for a decade of dominance due to their youth.

And then they started firing coaches and bringing in dumb high cost salary. And then started unloading those who won everything for them, to help pay for those higher cost players who earned/did nothing for them.

And it’s now just a circle jerk of the sameness. Keep firing coaches. Keep paying for has beens and wanna be’s. There is no stability. No long range plan. Just win now and sell young players to pay for new ones. New coaches want “their” players and that revolving door won’t stop until they stop the nonsense.

Just my opinion on a high level look without digging into the weeds and finer details.
