What a day 
Gonna try on a different computer and see what happens. I restored on my laptop right before I tried to update.
Looks like it might be letting me revert back to 9.3.5 on my work desktop. No clue what's going on.

Wonder if it's only for 6s users? Seemed like a couple people in my office have 6 and it worked fine OTA.

About to test it out again to see if it works. If not, I have it downloading on my desktop for iTunes.

6S update worked fine for me. Took about 30 minutes to download OTA, then 15 minutes to install.

6s+, did a OTA backup first. Download took about ~45 minutes and then 20 install. So far so good.

I am trying through ITunes now after that hot mess. I was able to restore but having to redownload every single one of my apps
