Miami signed 7 DL’s and 5 are rated higher than him. Miami now has 2 DL’s in the portal. After being in Miami and around the team he might have realized he’s not going to get much playing time.

Batoon has only recruited 3 defensive players for next years team. He probably wants to sign a few more of his own. He brought LB Khalil Jacobs with him from South Alabama and has signed DL Eddie Kelly and LB Jeremiah Beasley.
He has 5 commits for 2025 2 on the DL, 2 LB’s, and 1 Edge.

It will be be hard to get Curne and Rogers this early, but they are the 2 we have a chance at getting. Rogers has visits with Texas, A&M, and OU after this weekend. Curne has LSU and Arkansas visits.
I think Hopson is going to flip from Ole Miss. He’s not been there and doesn’t have a visit plan...

On3 individual ranking changed. He moved up to 13th overall and the #2 QB overall. That changed his On3 composite. His industry ranking is a 4* and #31 overall.

DE Zion Young transferred from Michigan State to Mizzou it’s not a stretch to think Simeon Barrow flips to Mizzou.
This seems more of a Miami didn’t want to pay him after Spring practice issue. Miami signed 7 DL’s....

4/5* DL Iose Epenesa has set his visit for May 31st. He had a unofficial visit on October 21st the day we beat SC 34-12. We are in his top 5 with Iowa, Utah, Penn St, and Miami.
He will probably commit to Iowa after his visit

The only requirement is probably maintaining a home crowd attendance of 15,000. The rest I think they have already met.
The attendance requirement is only 15,000 and it’s not enforced. The only other requirement is to fill 90% of scholarships available. They would need to fill 76.5...
