Just finished cooking some myself on the stove top. Took a large one and made taco's out of it. Think carnitas and slow cooked. The rest will go camping...

Thanks to all the late season rain we've paddled warm water on Short, Saulty, Town, Mulberry, and Locust Fork in short pants and sun shirts. Usually it's dry-suits and cold water.
Two weeks of these type of days will spoil you (good)....
