As someone who is still learning the game. What did SU do to frustrate them so much? Just sit back and play everyone on defense? The amount of goals they have given up is insane but Wolves seemed to struggle especially in the second half ...

So I watched Wolves last week and plan to tune in again this weekend. They seemed like a fun team to follow as I try to get into the EPL.
Are there any good websites, beat writers, or twitter follows (other than the official team account) that would be good to keep up with the team?...

The criteria were just to get an idea for who to look for. Obviously I know team playing styles/personnel will evolve over time.
I believe that I’ll find it easier to stick with the league in general if there is a team I keep up with. If that falls through and I start leaning towards another ...

I’m not one that stresses a lot about overall strength/maxes. I only max really before Squatober to make sure those numbers are accurate. Being under the barbell for the last 6-7 months really just considering that as a change up more than anything. ...

Also fooling with the idea of doing one of the programs but only with cables/machines to mix it up. It kinda defeats the purpose of PPSA but I think it would be an interesting mix up
Ex: instead of bench do chest press, instead of of squats leg press, instead of db laterals cable raises, etc ...
