Galliano and Houma are 45 minutes from each other by car - That's not exactly close. The purpose of this airport and the cargo supply bridge the gap on this airfield making more sense. Its just hard to envision a 757 or 767 ever needing to land in Galliano....

You've got to feel for this guy. He suffered a stroke right before the season started after picking up from USC to come to LSU. Really was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was given 700k in buyout $ but loses his health insurance. Did LSU at least offer an analyst position? H...
