So a still shot of Neal showing ump the ball as ump steps toward mound and starts to signal out. Now that you’ve been shown pictures of the umpire signaling out after emphatically denying that he did, I’m not really sure where you are going with this. Are you trying to imply the ump called a ...
Blair is not good
You’re correct…I wouldn’t call him bad. In my opinion he’s just very…Midwest maybe???
I have no idea where he’s from, and he has what you would expect from a radio voice…smooth.
However to me it just seems to lack emotion to me. Maybe after growing up with...
Why would he try to hit the ball? It was a straight steal of home.
Bc technically it was a pitch, not a pitch-out. The batter had every right to swing, but he stepped out during a pitch…That was the whole point of the steal. ...

re: you can't blame the umps

I don’t usually don’t blame umps and refs bc it’s one of the hardest jobs and perpetually thankless.
I tried reffing some youth league stuff and wanted no part of it after a handful of games.
However, that was complete horseshite. On par with Saints-Rams no PI call. In these cases I do blame ...

Chill bro, all I said was I never saw it. It was never in the original broadcast.
But the catcher has already made the tag turned and it looks like got rid of the ball…and runner nowhere in the picture…so it wasn’t immediate which is the whole point...
I was down the left field line. Their coach came out of the dugout looking for a balk call and was making a movement with his legs and arms as a pitcher that balks. After that the officials convened for half a hour to figure out what the call was and never told the stadium so all of us were l...

And no, South Carolina went along business as usual. The ump never made the call out and instead advanced towards the mound to have a conference with the others.
Didn’t see exactly what happened, I noticed the ump didn’t make the call right away. SEC network showed a replay then went to commerci...

The rule wasn’t applied correctly. The rule is there so the catcher can’t set up and block the plate while waiting on the ball.
Watch the replay, the path from third base is open (he never steps on or in front of the plate) once he catches the ball he advances down the third base line to make th...

My experience is this 3 hour stretch rates right up there with the panhandle of Flori...
