I think there is a distinction that needs to be made between arguing if Tanks should have the green light on 3-0 vs should he have swung at that pitch.
He absolutely should have a green light.

JFC its like you have never seen Tommy hit, he's aggressive and a good hitter high in the zone. He's your best hitter, you let him try to hit.
Jones could have easily hit into a DP in the next at bat...

he batted .267 with a .365 OBP in SEC play, I would be willing to bet that's better than half the starting catchers in the league....
