The problem is that only a small percentage of kids in Chicago schools want an education.
Teaching juvenile delinquents in Chicago with the same model as kids in Connecticut is never going to work. Good students are not the result of nice/friendly teachers. They are the result of good parents...

My chromecast 4k started giving me problems recently as well. Just goes black screen and stops responding. Power cycling "fixes" it, but the issue reappears within a day.
