Thank you brother. I use a 4 inch weak belt for my AMRAP squats and deads. My form on OP is obviously garbage. Leaning back. I should probably drop the weight way down. But after so many struggles on this lift and hitting 45 plates plus some, I felt really strong. But it’s garbage now. Legs shaking....

My dad is 78. Had one of the first computers available. All of his retired colleagues were writing programs for their own applications 35 years ago with little to no instruction. I know plenty of "young people" that are computer illiterate. So I guess my point is, stop making shitty threads....
