Getting thrown in the gulag for saying the wrong thing about Putin outweighs the whole family values thing, for me anyway....
Vaccines cause inflammation, sort of by definition. It’s how they work. Inflammation can cause clotting, heart disease is one example. I only say this because it’s not unique to the Covid vaccines....
Man things are different than the 60s when protesters were just casually warned “not to take the green ones.”...

When I was a kid, I would dream of getting my drivers license so I could drive to get a Big Mac anytime I wanted. For the record I was rail thin. Still love them, unashamedly, but it’s a 2x a year kind of thing since I’m no longer rail thin. Trying to wrap my head around 9 a day, which is an expe...

Kiawah… Play the ocean course if you golf at all. We took a guided kayak tour through the marshes which was fun until the tide went out and we had to walk our kayaks back. The college chick guide apparently was pretty new. That was not as much fun....
A friend of a friend of mine has never been very lucky on the dating scene. But he met a gal from Columbia online and it moved very fast. She visited and they got engaged. The ring was in the $20K neighborhood, he does well for himself. She flew home with the ring and he never heard from her a...

Have no problem with people wearing masks. But the irony is the whole reason we were doing it was to prevent the mask-wearer from spreading germs to other people. As far as being a preventative from catching something, it’s less effective. So really, you should thank the mask wearer....

Austinites have been lamenting and missing “the old days” literally since the old days. Cranes have been a prominent part of the skyline since the 70s. I don’t look at it as one city anymore. It’s made up of some really cool hoods and enclaves along with some areas that suck. It’s just a big city...
