I went to Pit Room and Pinkertons on Saturday. BBQ wise Pinkertons destroys Pit Room. Sides and ambience wise, Pit Room destroys Pinkertons. Didn’t make it to Truth sadly. I had beef rib, brisket, and pork ribs at both places. Pinkertons easily wins all bbq categories. ...
