This is one of many bad directions the state is going in under this current La. governorship and legislators.
This is the worst I've seen in my lifetime, and that's saying a lot, I've been around since Edwin Edwards....

Last year had bad insomnia... coming out of it. Now getting 5 to 7, sometimes 8 per night, just depends. Last year it was like 2 to 4.
Edit: I figured out the root cause of my sleep issues. Also, learned a *lot* along the way about fight/flight, amygdala response, etc....
