re: Will Bear Jones be back at LSU next year?
Posted by Geauxld Finger on 5/15/24 at 12:47 pm
He needs one more year to cut down the strike outs and get more plate discipline. There are more polished players. He could be a round 3-4 player. Right now he’s probably a round 7-10 player...

re: Is it me or is the swinger movement growing like crazy?
Posted by Geauxld Finger on 5/15/24 at 12:11 pm
Curious to know of the percentage of “new” swingers, how many of them were driven into the lifestyle by the husband or the wife.
It seems like the women are disproportionately better looking than the men. Women will no doubt find someone wanting to smash faster than a guy would. So is it that th...

Bad policy
Distorted housing markets going back to 2008
Peak burden of retirement age boomers pulling off the same tit
Out of touch mentality as
It relates to younger generations as it relates to accumulating wealth and or just living in general. ...

Boomers and their greed are exactly why this country is in the economic shape it’s in.
Keep on raiding the social security purse that we keep having to involuntarily stuff with the promise that it will be there for us. It won’t because boomers can’t stop being the greedy generation they are ...

I’ve got it on both sides of my property. Coming from neglect of two different adjacent properties. It just pops up through the grass weekly. I know
I’ll never be rid of it unless I dig up the entire yard. I’ll do that when I put a pool in the ground 5-7 years from now ...

This is what it is.
I’m going to spray it heavily when we get a period of dry days and see how it responds. It’s just sand and dirt right now. I don’t have to worry if I kill anything else around it.
Wondering if before i lay sod, I should till the existing materials and pull as much up as I...

Yes, I am. I never said I wasn’t buying it from a dealer. Family member offered it to me. Just asked me for a flat 10k. The price wasn’t really the point I was making.
A few years ago many people would say oh don’t buy that it’s a 9-10 year old vehicle. Now, it’s completely different. Does it ha...

I’m about to buy a 9 year old truck for 10k. It’s got 90k miles but it’s in great shape. I don’t need all the modern bullshite that comes with newer models. I’ll probably keep it for 5+ years or until repairing it costs more than it’s worth
I’ve needed a truck for a while and this beats spending ...
