I have a Sam’s club Kamado grill and replaced the fire box with a BGE fire box. Maybe a replacement from BGE will work for you....

Fiesta grocery stores in Dallas have bolilos from their bakery that are similar to NO French bread. Not as airy though but a decent substitute....

Let’s not forget the vax side effects are also all those things you listed. And as one poster mentioned earlier, the Brits love the vax. I’d bet most have had 3 or 4 boosters....
