I agree that the SEC tournament can seem irrelevant if playoff bid is locked in, especially if a team is already a national seed. I suggest this solution: Midway thru the SEC season, take a week off, like MLBs All-Star week, and play a tournament with all 16 teams. Same format as current. Let ...

Reality and perception are two entirely different things. More real data: # of CWS appearances: LSU 19, Ark 11 % of wins in CWS games: LSU .529, Ark .429 CWS championships: LSU 7, Ark 0 Arkansas is almost always good in baseball, but unlike LSU, they are not "elite"....
