It’s been said but, if you don’t want to commit to taking lessons, I’d pick some a scale to learn in a certain key. Think country if that’s what you enjoy playing. Find a song you enjoy and the key it’s in and find some runs with a scale for it. If that’s a little too much, maybe learn to walk u...

My dental hygienist is hot as all hell but I’m pretty sure she is the worst dental hygienist on the planet. I’ve tried to go to another but….damn she’s hot. ...

My band does this song and be damned if folks don’t lose their minds every time we play it. It’s quite fun to play with a full band. ...

We got tickets today to see him in may in Little Rock. First time I saw him was at growlers in Memphis and there were maybe 15 folks there. He played it about 10 months later and it was packed to the gills. Both shows were equally bad arse. ...

Had a boss at my fljob out of school who is the only person I hate. The laundry list of how shitty he is is endless. I’ll instead tell a funny one. Dude was a tall fat goofy looking frick and had to have his gallbladder removed. The guy would still eat like shite. Once a week or so he’s go get a greed...

The worst part is the initial awkwardness of dropping trousers and letting your balls just dangle there before the liquid Valium kicks in. Recovery wasn’t bad at all. Just more uncomfortable than anything. Plus, the payoff is pretty awesome. ...
These things have been around for years. My great grandad wore em, barely on the top of his head. They look fine to me. What looks stupid is shite are the damn flat billed hats. ...

Pretty amazing story. Not gonna make fun of the guys weight because that doesn’t say shite about him musically, and I always found that to be a bit of a trash bag thing to do. His music isn’t great and I’d bet he’s getting these awards mostly due to that amazing story. He also uses a shite load of a...
Man, I fully understand. My dad has early onset dementia and it is hard to see much less fathom. He has always been this larger than life personality. And extremely smart. See his mind just decline like that is extremely hard to believe. shite sucks brother. But, remember all the good times and kee...

I never got much into open tunings. I got a roundneck dobro years back and told myself I’d learn to rail in open D. But, that thing has been in standard tuning for years now. ...

From that album the upbeat/honkytonk ones would probably be Two Weeks Gone and That Time Again. Shrinks and Pills, Harwood Floors, and Blood Feud are the others that you’re looking for. ...
