I figured this would get political but thanks for the help everyone. Will minimize the time spent in Portland....
Wedding in Portland (OR) in late October
Posted by tween the hedges on 4/24/24 at 6:59 am
Would like to make a vacation out of it. Short of flying into Seattle and driving to BC I've never seen this part of the country. Any recommendations for the immediate area? Would probably have 3-4 nights that aren't actually staying in Portland. Thanks ...

Amidst all the reshuffling, these nerds voluntarily left the cash cow that is the SEC over 50 years ago....
re: Tom Izzo says ncaa should get rid of automatic bids for mid majors. Do you agree?
Posted by tween the hedges on 3/20/24 at 1:49 pm
Straight up ranking the top 68 teams would have a lot more upsets and more parity but would be a far worse product.
I do like in basketball how every team still has a shot at the end. Like even years when we go 1-17 in the SEC, we technically can win the NCAAT...

Beautiful graphics ...

Is it just me or is it way more common these days? Seems like every top 10 win, even for teams that are historically decent (see WF vs Duke just now)...
